TVOTR is definitely one of my favorite bands, they are innovative, catchy and talented. As such, I am pretty amped about their new album, Dear Science, which is due out 09.23.08. The first track I was able to find was dancing choose. The machine gun lyrics remind me of my favorite Saul Williams songs, and the funky beat keeps me coming back for more. Check it out below.

The Deathray Davies - The Kick and the Snare
This is an indie pop band that I recently harpooned that is by no means new or functional. Their last album the Kick and the Snare was released in 2005, and they have been on hiatus for the awhile because their lead singe and founder John Dufilho joined Apples in Stereo and is enjoying some success. Nevertheless, The Kick and the Snare is a fun and catchy album that is worth listening to. Check out the track below for a nibble.
